All products prices are listed in NZ dollars.
All delivery costs are shown in NZ Dollars

Payment Process

It is The Jade Gallery’s strict policy that all goods are paid for prior to posting.
Once you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation of the total amount of your order including post and insurance. Upon receipt of your payment to The jade Gallery your goods will be sent to you.

Colour

Due to the natural nature of Greenstone Jade each piece is unique so there may be a variation in the shade of green in the finished item. If it is important to you please state your preference for light, medium or dark in the comments box at checkout and we will endeavour to match your preference.

Returns

We hope you will be happy with any item you order from the Jade Gallery but if for some reason you are not satisfied please advise us by email. You must return the goods together with your receipt within 14 days to allow us to process a refund. Unfortunately postal charges are not refundable. We recommend that you return your goods by insured mail as the Jade Gallery is not responsible for lost returned goods.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time prior to acceptance and processing, but please note that for orders that are presently in stock, will be processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. You can cancel your order for any item in backorder status.

Jurisdiction

NZ Jade Gallery ( Design In Stone Ltd) is based in Picton NewZealand and operates within the normal laws of commerce under NZ business law.
The normal laws of international commerce apply to international transactions, provided that any contract made between you and NZ Jade Gallery, (Design In Stone Ltd) shall be construed, applied and shall take effect as a contract made in accordance with the laws of NewZealand and will be governed by and must be performed according to that law.

Customs Duty and Sales Tax

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of the customs duty and sales tax regulations for the country you are having your purchase posted to.
As each country has different regulations we cannot be held responsible for any payments for duty or sales tax you may incur.
