Returns
We hope you will be happy with any item you order from the Jade Gallery but if for some reason you are not satisfied please advise us by email. You must return the goods together with your receipt within 14 days to allow us to process a refund. Unfortunately postal charges are not refundable. We recommend that you return your goods by insured mail as the Jade Gallery is not responsible for lost returned goods.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time prior to acceptance and processing, but please note that for orders that are presently in stock, will be processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. You can cancel your order for any item in backorder status.

Packaging and Posting
Most items will weigh less than 500gms.
Our goods are sent to you in a presentation box.

a)Within New Zealand
We choose to send goods via NZ Courier Post signature required which includes insurance, as we find this the safest option.

The cost for this service is $10.00 including G.S.T. for small orders. Prices may vary for larger items.

b)International Packaging and Postage
International Air Service including insurance.

Overseas deliveries are usually expected to arrive within 14 days.

Customs Duty and Sales Tax

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of the customs duty and sales tax regulations for the country you are having your purchase posted to.
As each country has different regulations we cannot be held responsible for any payments for duty or sales tax you may incur.
